Every supply starts with written confirmation of the product, variant, quantity, packaging, documentation and applicable quality specification. This confirmed specification becomes the basis of our quality guarantee.
Customers may submit qualifying samples to Freedom or Janoshik Analytical. If the complete report confirms that purity or endotoxin does not meet the specification agreed before supply, the affected goods and reasonable relevant testing fee are covered.
For a verified purity or endotoxin failure, we replace or compensate the affected goods and reimburse the reasonable testing fee. Our technical team confirms the remedy and logistics during claim review.
Before dispatch, we reconcile the product, variant or specification, declared content, batch label, package count and total confirmed quantity against the accepted quotation. A verified shortage, wrong product or wrong specification is made up or replaced at no product charge.

A verified Freedom or Janoshik Analytical purity/endotoxin failure is handled with goods compensation or replacement plus testing-fee reimbursement.
If Freedom or Janoshik Analytical confirms a qualifying purity or endotoxin failure, we replace or compensate the affected goods and reimburse the reasonable relevant testing fee. If the product, specification or quantity differs from the written supply confirmation, we make up or replace the affected supply.
