Frequently Asked Questions
Clear answers about specifications, batch documentation, independent testing, quotations and the quality-claim process for research peptide procurement.
Products & Quality
What documentation is available for each batch?v
Batch documentation may include supplier COAs and third-party laboratory reports. Where available, each record identifies the applicable batch or lot, laboratory, test date, testing scope and sample-submission provenance. Original laboratory reports are presented without alteration.
Who commissioned or submitted each laboratory test?v
Each maintained verification record is labelled as supplier-provided, independently commissioned by Six Peptide Bio, or performed by an independent specialist laboratory. The sample submitter and testing provenance are disclosed where available so these report types are not presented as equivalent.
What happens if purity or endotoxin does not pass?v
If a complete report from Freedom or Janoshik Analytical confirms that purity or endotoxin does not meet the agreed specification, we replace or compensate the affected goods and reimburse the reasonable relevant testing fee.
Inquiry & Quotation
What is the standard shipping offer?v
For eligible standard routes, confirmed product value of USD $500 or more receives free shipping. Confirmed product value below USD $500 carries a $50 shipping fee. Send the destination country and product list so we can confirm stock, shipping eligibility and whether exceptional handling is required.
How do I purchase a product?v
Add the required SKU or specification to your inquiry list, choose quantities, and submit one combined Request Quote. We confirm specification, quantity, batch documentation, lead time, shipping and a formal quotation before supply is arranged.
Can I request a custom quantity or specification?v
Yes. Include the peptide name, required purity, quantity, packaging, documentation and delivery destination. Our technical team will confirm feasibility and available options.
Testing & Claims
Which testing laboratories are covered?v
Our headline guarantee covers qualifying testing by Freedom or Janoshik Analytical. The complete report must identify the product or batch and include the relevant purity or endotoxin result.
How do I open a quality claim?v
Contact our technical support team with the supply reference, product and batch details, complete Freedom or Janoshik Analytical report and testing invoice. Once the purity or endotoxin failure is verified, we arrange goods compensation or replacement and testing-fee reimbursement.
Supply & Delivery
What if the product or shipped quantity does not match?v
Before dispatch, we reconcile the product or SKU, specification, declared content per unit, batch label, package count and confirmed quantity against the accepted quotation. If a verified shipment is short or contains the wrong product or specification, we make up the shortage or replace the incorrect goods at no product charge.
When will I receive a lead-time estimate?v
Availability and estimated lead time are included in your quotation after the product, quantity, documentation and destination have been confirmed.
Are products intended for human use?v
No. Products shown on this website are supplied for laboratory and scientific research use only and are not intended for human consumption or therapeutic use.
